212 on a rural party line and not even a rotary phone. Ask the operator to connect you.

I cannot even remember my cell phone number some times let alone passwords.

I have the same cell number since 1994 with a bag phone. I believe it was 1$ per minute. I did a lot of shows and demos along with training. So the phone was a must. Much better than a beeper.

We had a desk top rotary but dad's sister had the crank phone. "Mabel, connect me to Anamosa 561". Must have been a dozen people on that line. There were six on ours. No secrets in that neighborhood. :crackup:
