Update on my progress today.  Something I expected to be delivered tomorrow actually arrived today, which allowed me to continue my work on the molle panel.  I will be working on routing the electrical this weekend.

Where did you get the third brake light cover and do you know if you can get them for the lights with the cameras.

I can not say for sure about the cameras. I got all of them on americantrucks.com

On my 09 sierra i had a tote that fit in front of the bench like it was made for it, but it was to big for my 21. So after looking for a solution i came up with this, its a husky bin fits pretty spot on sits a little low so i added foam to the bottom until i find something else. Been working great for months, and today i added some bungee to hold stuff in place.

I installed my VSE catch can on my 2024 LZ0. Now it will keep the oil out of my charge air cooler.

How many miles on it?

Was yours using oil?

Did you take off the inner cooler and clean it out and if you did how much oil did you find?

thank you

My LZ0 has 1,200 miles since November when I bought it. My previous LM2's that I've had, had considerable oil in the turbo outlet. Demon Works on YouTube has a video where he poured oil out of his charge air cooler. The design of the crankcase ventilation and having it routed back into the turbo and then the charge air cooler will condense the vapors back into a liquid, this collecting in the charge air cooler.

Just washed up the sierra, got the wheels polished up. Just order a mini cradle for it with traction bars and kicker bars with mirrored stainless steel layovers from Papis Garage

Bought it... technically yesterday.  CPO 2022 RST Z71 Duramax with 11k miles on it.  Replaced my 2013 Avalanche Black Diamond.

Well, not so much a mod, but three weeks ago, I finally towed something with my 2020 Custom Trail Boss for the first time.  My son and I made a trip from Eastern PA up to NH to pick up a project car.  (2014 Caprice PPV former police car)  We left at 2:30am, paid for the car, picked up the reserved u-haul trailer, then went to the maintenance building and got the car.  Loaded it up and headed back home, arriving around 12:30am.  Way too much traffic on that entire trip!

The 5.3/6L80E in my truck did better that I expected towing a 4000+ pound car.  The surge brakes on the trailer were a little weird, but I got used to them.  I was able to maintain highway speeds without problem, but once I got on Route 15 in CT with the steeper hills and sharper turns (and construction narrowed lanes....) it was putting more pressure on the truck.  In tow haul mode, it was really winding up the RPMs coming down a few hills.  But all in all, I was impressed as it did much better than I expected.  That said, I understand why people who tow frequently get a 2500 with the diesel engine.

As for mods, I picked up some aftermarket fog lights for my Trail Boss which have cool looking daytime running lights and turn signals built into them.  Unfortunately, they are not "plug and play" as advertised.  Well, they are plug and play with my factory fog lights for the fog light functionality, but I'm going to have to tap into a few wires to get the DRLs and turn signals working in them.  Maybe somebody makes a harness that I could buy?
