RAM dealer down the road from my work here in KC now has 2019 RAM 1500s discounted $14,000

That is huge. GM needs to follow suit.

One thing I've noticed is that there are a few Ram dealers in my metro who have a lot of 2017's left in addition to a lot 18's and 19's. Canadian prices are higher but you can get a 17' for well over $20K off right now. I don't really care for the sales figure wars but it's obvious Ram dealers dealers bought a lot of trucks that still need to be sold to individuals. The same thing happened here when the Titan XD came out. Some dealers were still trying to get rid of them when the 3rd year models were on the lots.

As stated above. You're not going to see rebates approach 10k until after the 1st of the year if then. I remember purchasing my 14 back in Sept of 13. The best they were offering is around 5k and with supplier discount. I got an OK deal. The real money off did not come till January of 14 then they were offering around 8K if I remember.

I’m looking at purchasing next spring to summer time frame so maybe we will start to see more dealer discounting around March. Laura GMC Chevy is already offering 7800 off a 2019 Silverado HC and 6500 off of the 19 Sierra SLT. I’m hoping another 6 months brings those closer to 10k off but we will see.

I got roughly 7500 off my lt trailboss but that’s because my dealer messed up big time on the deal and tried to save it

When I search autotrader there are numerous trucks with 5k off on MSRP. That is slightly under 10% off of MSRP for the trucks I was looking at....

What  is considered a good deal when these trucks are in full swing of production (Ie =the typical incentives/reductions)?

Ram is already doing over 20%

RAMS sales are 3rd behind Furd and GM, they have to do something to get more market share.

I bought my 2018 Gmc from Lauras in February... You wont find a better price anywhere....Other dealers told me there was no way they could match their pricing...FWIW I bought mine in early February ( $15,450 off sticker) and I have been watching Lauras website months before and after I bought to see if I got the best deal.. There was only one time where the deal was as good or maybe a few hundred better than what I paid.. So First part of the year seemed to be the best time to buy since there was a lot more selection when I got mine... 60K sticker I bought for 44k, plus I had a GM card bump.

I know Laura's is the place to get a GMC, but what about a Chevy?  No one ever talks about where to get the best pricing on the Silverado.

RAM can start by producing a reliable truck. :smash:

I honestly don't know if there is one like Lauras for Chevy... Although Lauras DOES have a Chevy dealership now... I wanted a Chevy , but I couldn't pass up the deal on the GMC...
