Dirtdevilnc Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 2020 LTZ z71 6.2 with technology package. Was owner of dealerships personal car for a few months (8/20 build date) and has 2,000 miles on it never titled or entered into service so sold as new. MSRP $62,470.00 Negotiated truck to $51,250 I added GM factory backed extended warranty (5yr/60000 mile) for $1,460 With tax title and tags was $54254 out the door
TeamSaris Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 (edited) 21 Elevation Double Cab X31 MSRP- 52,650 Sale Price- 47,848 OTD- 48,712.36 They also gave me 1-3k more for my trade than KBB, TAL or another GMC dealer. Being it has a CarFax from this summer AND currently has bumper damage (long story, bad luck) I was pretty happy to upgrade. For not a lot more money than my deductible I got a brand new truck with the same payment. Edited December 29, 2020 by TeamSaris

I bought the GM backed extended warranty in April and I'm concerned because I just noticed that the online tracker only shows the standard 3yr/36,000 mile warranty. I'm trying to figure out if the dealership didn't process the paperwork correctly or if it just doesn't show up like that on the website.

MSRP: ~69k - Rebates, Dealer Discount, Costco, no dealer adds Paid: ~59k + TTL in late Oct. Important to note location, as trucks are in high demand and limited supply in central TX. Most dealers aren't discounting much. At least not without dealer adds. They also went ~$4k over allowance on trade, which did require some tough negotiating. So with equity and tax savings, OTD price ended up being a solid deal. Yea I didn't do much better than you (2021 Denali Ultimate 6.2 4WD) last month. Almost the same deal but I did get a great trade in value on my 2019 5.3 Denali 4WD.

22_AT4 Posted January 14, 2021 Posted January 14, 2021 Good offer? $45300 2021 Silverado 1500 LT Z71 4WD cloth $2390 3.0 Duramax $2125 All Star Plus $1795 Z71 Off-Road and Protection Package $275 Integrated trailer brake controller MSRP $52,730 Offer: $46,016 + local tax = OTD Didn't include local tax in breakdown. Dealers website and the Chevrolet vehicle search site has the price listed as $44,421, net price with dealer fees. When I went to dealer their offer listed GM freight as a line item under MSRP which already includes freight. That drove the price up from advertised $44421 to $46016 and doesn't feel right. They explained that other dealers are discounting trucks online without freight to show lower prices online as well...
ChriZ71 Posted January 14, 2021 Posted January 14, 2021 I would keep shopping or maybe wait for better month/factory offers. You should shoot for 20% off MSRP IMO. I got same truck (2020 but with the 5.3) MSRP 50,200 knocked down to 40,200 after rebates, discounts, etc.
