Good looking truck. Not familiar with the 19's, does the 2" lift come with the package, or is it extra?

Yes, part of package,  both Trail Boss's come with factory 2" lift.

Nah, just long nap. Not in the market after the battle to get my 18, so have not been paying too much attention to the 19's. But now I know something new.
