This was just delivered to my dealer on Monday, they didn’t catch it when they unloaded it til today when it went to detail, have a case open with gm, so pissed, if plants were shut down Id probably order another one, was supposed to take delivery Monday, now have to wait 2 or 3 more weeks, it’s Just so sickening, looks like mirror height,

first scratch is out of the way... after dealer fixes it, you can enjoy it & not worry so much

& you should get a nice discount...or maybe have dealer add some extras

& it wasnt missed by the delivery team    they didnt want to do paperwork, so they probably tried to blameshift to dealer

Fix it and what, then I have a brand new truck with repainted side panel and tailgate, with 3 miles on it, aftermarket paint is never as thick as or as durable as a respray

There is no way they missed THAT when it was checked in. That happened on their lot and they are bull shitting you.

This is an easy way to get 100% paint coverage for the life of the vehicle owned by you.  If they won't accept that, i wouldn't take it either.

My last new truck had a scratch worse than that. A nice discount and touch up paint fixed the problem.

I'd never take delivery of a new truck thats is or was damaged
