Where can I get the best advise/information about a false theft/no start multi-module shut down on my 2017 Silverado 1500?

most like the best source of information on fixing it would be the full service manual for your truck.

 

sign up for a subscription to it at a site like alldatadiy.com (there are also other sites).  For your problem, it wouldn't surprise me if you also need an advanced diagnostic tool to connect to that computer to figure out where the problem is.
