I'm sure it sounds silly, but man those are annoying to get out to clean.  Do you guys vacuum/wipe them down without removing them?  Any tips on making it easier?  I took them out once and swear I can't get them to re lock together as well as they were from the dealership.

I just vacuum and wipe them down with a wet rag real good. I assume you are speaking of the rears? I don't have a lot of people in the back of my truck that much anyway, so it does not get very dirty at all. Yes, they can be very annoying to reinstall.

After a time or two it isn't bad at all getting them in and out and back together.

Other than that shopvac and wipe out like mentioned.

They come apart and relock better in warmer weather. The winter is a wipe down. Maybe next winter will be better after they have been broken in.

I just cleaned mine yesterday. They really weren't difficult at all to get out, or to get back together. One thing I did notice is when you push them back together at the locking points, they go back together a little easier if you put outward pressure on both mats. Hard to describe, but basically push outward on both mats away from where they meet. I've found that helps them slip together better.

Also, for the cleaning itself, a little carwash soap and a soft bristle brush attached to a cordless drill makes it real easy.

I've been considering getting rid of them for the summer and/or when I don't plan on getting muddy.  They remind me of a 9C1.  60k+ truck with plastic floors?

99.99% of these are mall crawlers

My dogs are back there a lot.  I got the full coverage mats because of this. Honestly, makes little sense to clean them when the dogs dirty them up quick.

For me, I just take a rag and cover the door hinges (keep grit out) then use the leaf blower.... bam.... 10 second job.

I have kids. They sit in the backseat. With kids come messes. Those nurses occur in the backseat. Therefore, I have these mats. When I take my truck to the carwash I pull these mats and clip them to the wall. I then high pressure spray them to get all the grime, gunk, and garbage off them. I throw them in the bed of the truck once in done with the carwash, and then let them hang dry at home in the garage. Once they're dry they go back in the truck (following a vacuum of the interior, of course). Never really had an issue with getting them to interlock.

Do you have the under seat storage?  That seems to be the trickiest bit.  They slide slightly underneath and it's snug

Yes. I'll be upgrading to a Du-Ha shortly.

I never thought of taking the rears out.  You guys get them that dirty?

No. My kids do. It's my truck, and I want them clean. Kids don't give a F.

I use my 40v yard blower to blow out the dog hair and other debris, with doors open.

Then use Adam’s interior detailer with a soft rag. Ends up looking like new. I also blow out the door pockets.

My 2 German Shepherd dogs shed a lot.

I have never removed mine. The driver door is the only one that gets used hard and I have lifted it to vacuum the edges. The top is nasty from winter. I always keep a floor mat down to cover it up anyways.

I vacuum first then I spray it down and wipe with the meguiars carpet and upholstery cleaner which is foam comes out very clean without having to take out
