What do yall use as your interior cleaning and detail products?  Ive used and am considering some of these:

griot's garage 10975 interior detailer

Meguiar's G4116 Natural Shine Protectant

Meguiar's Supreme Shine Protectant G4016

Aerospace 303

For outside black trim pieces:

CERAKOTE Ceramic Trim Coat, Plastic Trim Restorer

What is you go to favorite?

Anything that is low or zero gloss.  My go to has been Adams with their Interior Detailer with Microban.  I've used both with and without the Microban.  They leave basically zero gloss and no gross slimy feel.  303 I think is a low or no gloss as is Griots most likely.

I'll give you a counterpoint:  A damp microfiber rag and nothing else.  It works as well as anything I've found.  In addition to my truck I've got a '14 Corvette where the interior looks brand new and with very rare exceptions its never been cleaned with anything other than the microfiber rag and a bit of water.  ..and the vacuum cleaner of course.

I'm definitely not a fan of anything that says its a "protectant" as they all seem to leave some kind of residue.

Interior:

Vacuum everything first. Then a damp medium nap microfiber and 2 gallons of cold water and cap full of Pine Sol.

Launder the towels and mechanics covers that cover the seats. Invisible Glass and a short nap micro on the window tint and NOTHING else.

If I get a stain Armor-All cleaner and toothbrush, then damp microfiber and cold water. About every 5 years I reapply the Scotch Guard to the cloth. I have various small wood picks and natural boar brushes for the hard to reach. Dog lives in the truck with me so Febreze once in awhile no matter how well  you clean. The windows are solar glass (RPO AKP) and the tint 3M infrared/UVA/UVB blocking.

6 years and change old. 146K miles and it looks new yet.

In my trucks and Vette I wipe everything down with diluted APC then go over it with Meguiar's Natural Shine Protectant. Been using it for years without issue. Bought Chemical Guys Leather cleaner and conditioner for our X5 that seems to work pretty well too.

I picked up some Microban and will give that a try as a disinfectant. Just seems a good idea.

Griot's products work very well, little expensive though.
