Hey everyone my truck has recently developed a pretty severe rod knock and I'm going to have to replace the engine. I currently have a 2010 Silverado 1500 with a 6.2L L9H. I was wondering how difficult it is to swap a L92 into my truck and what the process would be to get it it running in my truck.

To my understanding the only difference is the L9H has flex fuel while the L92 does not

It's a bolt in and go. You are right the only difference is flex fuel between them. If you install the long block, nothing will be different.

You need to use your injectors if it was a complete engine. So just slap your whole intake manifold, injectors and throttle body straight on to that engine.
