I remember Mom would always fill up the pool with a hose and tell us we needed to wait a few days for the water to warm up. We never could wait and always froze our butts off!

That is too cool. My neice is 16 months and a complete water bug too. Boy is it fun playing around with them. Just will melt your heart, even on the worst day.

Yep, they are pretty cool guys, I cant be to made at them. I have been helping them here and there.

The water is cold (not 100% full yet) but it is 90+ here I am so ready to jump in. I will probably wait until Saturday because they liner has to set and I dont want a ton of feet prints that are permanent.

nice pool..

I'm curious about the fence too... How strong are the tops of those pickets with no top 2x4 rail support?

Done :troll: Except for a mess in the backyard (mud)

It has been through 3 storms and has been fine (40+ mph wind). I am not a huge fan but the whole story is I had a 4 ft fence and with the pool I had to go taller. Basically I went from 4ft pickets and 2x3's to 5.5 ft pickets and 2x4's so overall the fence is stronger. I re-used the existing posts thats why I couldnt have it sit higher. At first I wasnt a fan but it has grown on me and I have had many compliments
