90 gmc 1500 stalled and now wont turn over, electrical works, nothing

i was driving my truck home from fleet farm and my 1990 gmc 1500 stalled. it was driving fine, now if i turn the key nothing happens, my lights work fine and when i turn the key they dont dim, but if i turn the key to accessory my radio doesn't turn on, i think ignition switch is not getting any power. oh and when it stalled i could smell something idk if something was burning ,it was a very light smell

i have a 79 305 in this truck not the stock motor

get a schematic and start process of elimination for ign system diagnoses ,,,should find something easily ,,,if not comfortable doing that ,,,,tow it to a shop

thanks will do, i just replaced my ignition switch and that didnt work so i will try checking all the relays and seeing where my power is stopping at, i dont have any power to my switch
