Wow - you get some serious windshield time.

Doesn't count the miles I put on the company vehicles as well. I probably drive around 60k miles a year, half of those being in my truck

That's alot of driving! Used to do about the same when I drove tractor-trailer.

In this part of the country, I don't miss it one bit.

I'm thinking about seeing how my boys like the 6th's My wife is convinced I'll be bringing one of those a 2017 SS convertible's home. 15k hit in under a year, they can't have much more to loose for a few years.

The obama legacy ...

Gotta love the quality of stuff today. I remember when generators had schedule 40 pipe going into a muffler. Run 6k hours without ever losing strength!

I've got a Yamaha inverter generator - 6300iSDE - thing has a CAR muffler inside. No joke!

Can't blame him he wasn't in office in 2004 or so when it was probably bought, it's just old and was probably a cheap generator to begin with. I think we bought it around the 2004 hurricanes anyway, that would make the most sense.

The cheapest insurance I can find for a 2017 SS convertible driven under 5k miles a year is $83.33/mo. That's owned outright with an excellent credit rating and no accidents or tickets in recent history, (and you barely get a discount for it stored securely inside and rarely driven to work).

Really? That's more than my Honda Accord with no use restrictions and only a few K price difference (much better resale value). You think modern system would be smart enough to say, hmmm, this guy owned a street legal drag car and never had an accident or ticket, he probably won't run a camaro up a light pole http://www.thedrive.com/watch-this/11123/watch-this-chevy-camaro-drive-straight-up-a-telephone-pole ). But no, they still rely on ancient demographics

That is a friggin BARGAIN for insurance! I pay $600 a year for basic on the 10 year old Silverado. When new, it was $900.

Until your drivetrain lets go at 110 MPH and your truck flips or goes head over heals when the drive shaft snaps.

Way to think positive man!

That's $84 a month

Ahh, gotcha.

When I was in my late teens, basic on a '85 Monte Carlo that I bought for $600 was $2,200 a year!! I had alot of tickets, plus I was under 25 years old - double whammy ... :noway:
