So ever since I had lift n tires and gears done I've been needing to recal my speedo. Was off a lot. Finally got the balls to tune it with a Diablo Intune i2 yesterday. Did the 91 tune with corrected gear ratio, corrected tire size, firm shifts and DOD off. Took a ride today to a buddies house and this is what I am getting for mpg now. I was pleasantly surprised.

Solid 18 mpg combined highway/town.

Cruise on 70 = 18.1mpg

Cruise on 75 = 16.2mpg

Off highway back roads to his house... get this...over 19mpg!!

Tranny shifts way better. No V4 crap. All around better response and drive.

Ok so back on the 11th I posted this pic of my mpg's the day after I installed a canned Diablo tune.

Figured I'd update with a pic of my mpg's after 400 miles of all around driving. I am pleased and am planning a custom Diablew tune shortly. Maybe I can improve on mpg's a little more.

Had some fun ripping my truck through the mountains this past weekend. Trails were in Big Bear, CA. 71705a273c5b5af17b93779f8f983f83.jpg

Pretty sweet! Looks like you had fun and beautiful truck. I will have to head up there when I get some free time and check it out. Haven't been in a couple years now.

For anyone who was wondering about tire fitment with a 4" lift, here are a few pictures of my truck. I ended up going with a 4" Fabtech and 295/60R20 Nitto Trail Grapplers with stock wheels. Rides great and only slightly rubs the plastic wheel well and full lock. Hopes this helps anyone who was curious.

did that lift measure out to be a true 4 inches? I got a level and a body lift totaling 3.75 inches in lift and was wanting a 295/60/20 but wasn't sure if it would rub bad..

I believe so, it's a 4" Fabtech I purchased from 4 wheel parts. I'd have to read deeper into the specs to find out the true lift measurements. I've had the kit and tires on for about 6 months now and don't have any complaints.

I can't figure out why all of these manufacturers that make these 4" SST type lifts always say "WILL NOT WORK WITH OEM WHEELS", then every lift I see in use has the factory wheels rolling right along.

Truck looks good!

Bracket lift or knuckle lift? Have more photos?

Looks great. I think Rough Country always leaves a little too much rake with their 5 inch kits whether it's the bracket or knuckle lift.

Thanks man. I think they should include a little bit of a smaller block for the rear, that would probably level it out. I decided to go with the spacer though. Didn't want to lose any height.

Just dropped my 2015 gmc sierra all terrain off to get lifted. I'm going with a 7-9 mcgaughys black ss lift set at 9 with an add-a-leaf as well as a 1.5 inch zone body lift. I also have a set of bushwacker fender flares and 4.56 yukon gears. For tires I am using 37x13.5r20 toyo open country m/ts and for rims I am using 20x12 fuel assaults with a -44mm offset. As well a cat back borla atak exhaust. I am beyond excited. Pictures will come when I pick it up!!!

Usually these with oem rims are running a wheel spacer in order to clear spindle or upper arm as when lifting your tires come in naturally so to offset and act like an aftermarket wheel they run spacers to clear
