Is the "BOW3" option @ DDM just a set of caps with a factory harness so no splicing? I can't find much info on it.

yes it is a bad thing. i dont know exactly what's doing to your capacitor but im sure it would wear it out over time. also, you can really hear it in the cab.

man I've read every post in here like a dozen times and its still all greek to me. I want to upgraid to HID's so bad but I'm not sure if I can do it without screwing it up. If it was just plug and play. someone wanna dumb down an install for me on a 14 silverado lol

I received my Morimoto 9012 kit on Monday. It did not come with the capacitor, but that is on its way. My question is, I installed everything, have 12v at the fuse, sanded off paint for a good ground towards the radiator, plugged everything in and I don't get any light at all. According to TRS, I should at least get some flickering. Can someone please give me some direction/help? Thanks

 

Also, I have a plug coming out of each of the lights and also one coming out of the relay. I assume my capacitor will plug into those three?

 

Is this a single or dual relay?
