This is why I can't have nice things

Decided to test out the 4X4 in a mud hole yesterday. Good times until I got stuck. Ended up getting out and was cleaning her off today. 45min at the carwash later I notice my wheels are now scratched pretty bad. Smooth move me.

Any suggestions on what I can do?

There are actually mobil guys out there now that will come to your house and fix your rim to brand new right in your driveway. I'm not sure how much it will cost but I saw them doing it on an episode of drive on youtube. They have a van with a laithe like machine that does most of the work.

Ya must have been rocks in there. So you think it can be buffed out or something? I mean they are "ultra bright machined aluminum" so I'm hoping so.

IDK... I can be OCD, so I'd have to just buy new rims (or rim if only that one is damaged). I wouldn't have went mud bogging though. My 2010 has never been off more than a gravel road. I have other toys for having off road fun in. I've never even seen the guys on here with big "off road" lifts and tires post up like you though, soo I give you credit. It can be remedied, so don't worry too much...

They will be able to get the scratches out the rim no problem. If any of the colored part is scratched up.. they may require some touch up. I believe that colored part is the same Iridium...as the truck.

I have a wife who tears the crap out of her acura tl type s wheels. I agree with Ryan we take it to some dude with his little trailer and 1 hr later it looks brand brand new! first time i thought they felt sorry for my wife because she was tearing up and gave her a new wheel!
