I'm not using them and don't plan to so $25 plus shipping.  That work for you?
Sounds fair. Are they the 3" drop lowers. Or the just the lowers from the upper and lower kit

They are the 3" drops, not part of the lower and upper kit.

I ordered the Maxtrac kit But I used McGaugh drop spindles in the front instead of drops springs the ride is great and I like the sensor rod’s that come for the Denali’s46673c29be8726a2d4fb7aaed28f978c.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/

Sorry didn’t look through the 212 pages for my answer.

I have a 18 Sierra Denali with the magneride. Thinking about getting the 2/5 maxtrac lowering kit. Anyone have  this installed?  How’s the ride?  Quality of kit?  It’s on sale for $360 right now so kinda questioning it. Never used any of their products.

Really I don’t even want to lower the front. Just want the truck level. The rear is sitting a little over 4” higher then the front.

I posted a couple pictures with my trailer and my trailblazer on with the trailer off the truck sits level I also have a wireless airbag system on the rear.

Truck is a 2017 ccsb 4wd. I have what some might call a cali lean goin (I know). Front is raised about 2 inches with rancho quick lifts and rear dropped by block delete. I installed a one degree shim already. I get a vibration after 80 mph. But I can’t figure if its wind sheer due to the horrible aerodynamics of the “cali lean” or if it might be the driveline. Because I see dozens of people removing the rear blocks without issue. Im inclined to think it’s the wind getting underneath the truck. Also Im going to get some belltechs made for a 1” drop I also think it could be the shocks are not performing as well due to them being just a tad bit off its sweet spot and not dampening slight imperfections of the road at high speeds. Any info/suggestions anything appreciated.

Hello everyone! So I just bought a 2016 Silverado reg cab about a week ago. Really would love to drop it down on some billet wheels but my pockets can't afford to 3 or 4 link the truck, narrow the rear end, tubs in front and rear, the cost of the wheels and so on. Doesn't seem very popular on the 150 pages or so of this thread that I've read anyways. To get to the point I am going to just have to go with a 4/7 drop for now. I initially saw the djm control arms and thought those would be perfect  until reading thru this entire thread. I called and spoke with them today and specifically asked about issues with the ball joints and they assured me they have swapped over to oe replacement Moog ball joints. But after reading continuously of you guys having better success with the Mcgaughys spindles and struts that is what I plan on going with. What will my option be if I wanted to go any lower in the future? Can you add a drop spring to this combination and get 6" or so out of the front? If so would it be necessary to buy the twisted metal works upper control arms to be able to obtain a proper alignment? At most I would probably want to go maybe 6/9-10 in the future but I know that will require a c-notch for the rear. Last question, my truck being a 2016 I'm pretty sure has cast steel arms so I believe the correct kit would be Mcgaughys part# 34170. I would gladly appreciate any help. Thanks, Jason

No I always go spindles for alignment purposes and to keep as much of the front suspension intact as possible unless you’re going more than 2 inches. Then you have to go springs as well or drop struts. Yes the rear is the max track 5 inch flip kit.

Front-

Replaced stock arms with Moog arms
Belltech 3” drop spindles

Viking coilovers

Rear-

Maxtrac flip kit and shock extender kit

Also put smaller bumpstops

Everything rides smooth now that I have the Viking coilovers. I used to have belltech street performance struts in front. They would bottom out. With the Viking coilovers I haven’t bottomed out yet and I don’t have to slow down on dips on the freeway lol.

Funny you say that... I had the same experience with the Belltech struts. Mainly because they tell you to swap the bump stop to their 1" bump stop. I got fed up with the ride quality and just installed Viking's coilover as well. I am doing the 4-link later down the year, but I may just do a notch and swap the shock absorbers to the rear of the axle by the summer.  I got the 2" Maxtrac Aluminum 2" spindle and lowering 1" with the coil overs.

Yea Vikings are nice. About 2 days after I bought them belltech released their own coilovers for our truck lol. I wonder if they’re just as good. Yea I wish I could bag my truck but that’s out of my financial range and it’s my daily driver so I’m worried about a bag going out or whatever.

Well, I was on the fence on the Belltech coilover kit for a while now... but the design for me has the same flaws as their struts. They use the filler spring to take up the space of the extra shock travel, which to me is not ideal for a truck. I have installed some of those on cars (KW brand mostly, as KW is the maker of the new Belltech coilover) with good results. Also, they are non adjustable, their old set of adjustable was sold for over $900. For that price I would go for Viking or QA1 anyday. Now they did had single coil coilovers, I wonder why they changed the design to the KW one.

What setting are you running yours? I'm doing 10/15, and I am still rubbing the stupid fender inserts on some occasions, and I am not as low as you are right now. I'm at a 3/5 drop. I wish Viking made the 12" springs in 650 or 700lb. I just downloaded their catalog and they go up to 600.

Which coilover kit are you guys using? I know of at least 3-4 different manufacturers for the kits, all using Vikings, but wasn’t sure if any one kit had benefits over the others.
