I removed mine. I drilled out the rivets, then I put some painter's tape across the holes from the inside. I bought a can of bed liner, and dropped some in the holes until they were full. You can't tell from 10', looks ok from 5', looks like shit up close. I personally do not like my RB10s. I know I'll be in the minority on that though.

I'm thinking about building steps like these and ditching my factory 4" chrome tube steps. I want something less bulky and less chrome. I plan to have the steps LineX coated for grip and to hold up to rock chips.

What wheels you got there?

Personally I would rather not have nerf bars at all. But I had to order and install a set cause I found myself sliding off the seat when climbing out . Was worried about wearing the seat out. It also makes it easier for my girlfriend to climb in and out. I spent 349.00$ on a set of ICI magnum RT steps. They weigh like 30-35 lbs a piece, they bolt into the rocker and they are very sturdy, and I haven't seen another truck on the road that has them yet. Been trying to upload a picture but it's not letting me

Been torn between several mods so pulled the trigger on Amp Steps. Ourdealsrock $1100 no tax free shipping just ask them if they will do 1100 out the door. Truck came with oval factory steps and I changed to rectangular factory cause I thought they matched the truck style a little better. In the end I wasn't happy with either so both will be for sale soon.

    • I understand that. The price is what it is, though. The price is what oil costs today, where our choices have led us, where supply is, and where demand is, in the market that is. Speculation is for futures, what we think the price will be, but with incomplete information at the time the price is forecast. I know you know this, but you appear to be intent on making a secondary point here about what you think the market could or should be, if only other choices.   In 1975 it became illegal to export US Crude. I'm conflicted on what the best answer is. Free markets allow export in pursuit of profit. But there is also a lot to gain by producing and consuming our own oil here. How do you reconcile it?
    • That sir is a choice. And even if it were not for all the reasons stated, this disruption has zero to do with the reality of the actual logistics and everything to do with the greed of SPECULATION. Spot price is irrelevant to reality.
    • What I think you're saying is there is supply here at home, and in Venezuela, and we could ease pricing if only it were favorable to do so.   Well, yes?   But that's not the current market. Supply isn't what could someday exist, if only, it's what producers are willing to produce and sell at a certain price point.   The national price of single family homes would come way down if we'd just slap together a few million homes this summer.   RAM and GPUs would get a lot cheaper if we just set up some factories to produce a bunch more and stopped using it to build out AI data centers.
    • The turn signal/multifunction switch is faulty.  I've seen a few of these go bad at work.
    • I am experiecing the same issue, I have gone in the setting and disabled rain sensing function but I am still experiencing this. Whe i use my turn signal they will redomly turn on.
