Thanks, Tom. I'll take a look at that. I'm usually okay if I can dry the truck off before the water dries, which I can do at night. But there's no way I can prevent water spots if I wash in the heat of a Texas summer day with the sun shining on the truck. I'm curious to find out if a filter could prevent spots even in the heat of the day.

It will help out a lot. Then any spots you do have just go over with some spray wax and they're gone.

Installed the GM trailer cameras, painted body color along with door handles. . These things are awesome. well worth the money.

They can be turn on at anytime and also work with your turn signal. Door upper and lower molding next.. :D

Are these the entire mirrors / harness or do you need trailing mirrors already and they are an add on?

Also did you get the 3rd wireless camera for slapping on a trailer?

not the whole mirrors. just the harness and the little bottom mirror caps with camera built-in and the wireless camera for the trailer.

it does come with the wireless camera. I haven't have time to install them.

Swapped my wheels CB4B0350-C999-4F01-B855-990A0A710201_zps

I kinda liked the old rims/tires. Still a nice RC/SB

Thx this one is on my wishlist been thinking bout getting the trailering mirrors after a lift anyway. Might mean I am stuck with oem mirrors but that makes it worth it. Edited by Alpine Truck Life

Pressure washed and painted my rear axle and exhaust pipes with some gloss engine enamel. Looks a hell of a lot better

The old wheels are most likely going back on, just swapped these to change it up for a week. I have new wheels on the way too but they probably won't fit until it's lifted.

Just wait. I'll be getting rid of the whole RCX lift when I can. Mcgaughy 7-9 at 8" and 37s are in my future

I was going to also mention the rear lift blocks. Never been a fan of lift blocks unless it's only about a 2" lift. 4" or bigger I'd rather spend the extra money for add-a-leafs or all new leaf springs with the lift built into it.
