Did you leave all the bolts loose until everything was hung then adjust everything?  I did that (per the instructions) and my gap is perfect the entire way across both sides.

 

If all 4 lights quit working then it sounds like you may have knicked the wire that controls the lights or there is a problem with the control module.  Did you contact AMP Research?  Their Tech Support and Customer Service is great so they should be able to talk you through troubleshooting then get you replacement parts if needed (the steps come with a 5 year warranty).

link to the amazon page! here is a picture of them installed hard to tell but they were snug fit for me! i did fill out the pre-check for the vehicle at the top as i didn't have a good part number besides H16. hope that helps!

That's my problem...they didn't send those washers in the package.  They have sent me some new bolts with those captive washers on them that look like yours.  That should solve my issue.

Not my truck, but worked on a local member’s trucks last weekend. Added OEM Tow Mirrors with the Echomaster Intellihaul system. Front Camera, Left/Right Mirror Camera, and a Wireless Trailer Camera. Plug and Play. Pretty neat system if you Tow. Left/Right cameras automatically activate when you use the turn signal. Also did - Dual Function Running Lamps/Turn Signal mod.

I've been looking at that system. Just don't know if it's a justifiable cost for a 1/2 ton. I don't even see the need for tow mirrors on my truck, even with the duster on the car trailer or my parents 20' travel trailer on the back, I can still see everything. It would be nice to have the wireless camera on the back of the trailer though, one that could be viewed on the factory HU.

How about a 3 digit # beginning with a 7? He had this system from a previous that got transferred over.
