The seat cushions in my LTZ are not cooling. I have addressed it with the dealership on three separate occasions. The dealerships service personnel are now stating that the seats are working as designed. But they are not working at all. The seat backs cool slightly and the fans come on but no cooling on the bottoms and hardly none on the backs. I have even checked the cooling on other new models on the lot and those blow significant cool air up through the bottoms. Anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with the service department?

Just a suggestion but did you get a dealer installed protectant on the seats? Or have you put a leather conditioner on them? In my dads 2013 dodge with the cooled seats they all of they sudden werent working right. If you look real close all of the little holes get clogged and the air cant blow through.

The cool air does not blow out, it sucks warm air in and out the back. It's a subtle affect, but most noticeable with thinner clothes.

A full bag of ice might be a lot more effective. This is such a ridiculous gimmick. People think there are refrigerant coils under their seat cover that the air blows through..
