2.5 RC level with 285/65/18 Toyo Open Country AT2's.

That looks really good! Did you do something different to raise the rear of your truck? It looks taller in the back than most with the RC 2.5" lift.

Thanks man. It has the 2 inch blocks in the rear also...I should have added that.

Stock 22 SEY Wheels on 285/45/22 Nitto Terra Grappler G2. Quiet A/T tire that weighs about 30 pounds less per tire than the Trail Grappler (which I wanted). Since my truck has a 3:08 rear differential figured I should stick with the Terra Grapplers so I won't rob to much power from the truck. Going with the Nitto also significantly reduced the vibrations I was feeling above 75 mph.

Got any overall pictures of your truck?

First post...log time lurker. Here's the '15. 2.25" quick lift on 285/65r20 KO2s. Sorry for the photo quality. I'll get more later as she's going in for a 6.5" zone, amp steps, linex, tint and some other odds and ends this Wednesday.

Is anyone running a 4+" lift on skinny tires? I have 1k miles on these KO2s and it'll be a PITA to sell them for new tires and rims if it looks too funky.

Are these a - 24 offset and which lift kit did you go with. I also want 20x10's on either 295 or 305 but I ordered the 20x9 and 295's with a rough country 4 3/4 combo lift kit. Seems like a big difference between a +18 & - 24 offset. Haven't installed anything yet. Thanks for your reply!

What kind of grill inserts do you have

I finally selected a new wheel and tire combo after more than a year of reading and studying this forum. There is a ton of valuable info here along with a lot of nice set-ups. Going in, I knew I wanted to go to a smaller wheel with more tire as I was looking for a more off-road look. The OEM 20” wheels are nice, no question but in order to get a decent sized tire on them you really need to go with more lift. I did not want to go more than the 2.5” kit.

Here are the specs:

Truck is a 2014 Sierra with All Terrain Package. It’s sitting on a 2.5” Rough Country Lift/ Level kit.

Tires: BFG KO2 LT285 / 70 / 17 (overall diameter is 32.7” and width is 11.5” on 8.5” wheel)

Wheels: Fuel Beast 17 x 9 with a -12mm offset

Other mods: Full HID conversion from Strictly HID’s (Headlights and fogs), Recon lighting: Big Rig ICE LED running lights + tail light bar. T-Rex Billet grill (black), and I started de-badging (tailgate center logo).

Hello everyone. I am new to the site although I frequent the site often. So much useful information. I have a 2014 Silverado Z71 LT. I just picked up a brand new set of 20 inch LTZ rims today and have a 2 inch RC lift on order. Here is the progress thus far.

Black and Chrome go well!

Posted

I hate to make this post because I'm sure it's been made before but I really don't want to read through the last 74 pages haha....I'm about to buy some XD Series Crank 20x9 chrome wheels and was just wondering where you guys think is the cheapest place to buy them is. Going to be getting new tires as well so didn't know if a certain place was better than the next on a package deal. Any advice would be appreciated.
