Slight Rub at full lock in reverse - Normal driving has no rubbing

You sure about that size? That's almost 34" tires with just an 2.5 level? pretty awesome-blossom if you ask me!

Just installed my 2.5" Rough Country Kit, with the block in the rear...also added BFG KO2's, 275/65-r20 on the factory wheels

I liked both designs but i really didn't have a preference as to which was going to be seen. As long as all 4 were the same lol

Are those KO2s? Will you run them all winter

 

I have them too but just put on my real snow tires. I do lots of highway driving through the hills where it gets icey and didn't know if they could handle that. They seemed fine in the snow though

I will definitely be running them all winter they are awesome mine are 285/65/18 and we got about a foot of snow then icey rain and these baby's handled great... Didn't slide around didn't loose traction much just gripped and went so im not worried at all also took them threw some mud and they were great for me 42097b9907312b89de8fc244d0fa5ea4.jpg

Good looking truck and nice wheels. The 305/45/22 is 32.8 in diameter and the 285/45/22 is 32.2. That's about 9/16" total O.D. and only about 1/4" on sidewall height. I don't see how 1/4" would be too short for your liking or even noticeable by just looking at the tire. The 305 is a bit wider with a 12" tread width compared to 9.5" tread width on the 285. I think the 305 is a little too wide for factory 9" wheels on a stock suspension and is why they rub. The 305 is designed for a 10" rim and will give the "balloon" look on a 9" rim. I'd stick with the 285. I have similar wheels (CK159) instead of your CK158. I'm running Cooper Discoverer SRX 285/45/22. They fit the 9" wheels perfect, were road force balanced and ride

Good info to know but those wheels are 7 spoke not the CK158 wheels

      And to top it off finally.......................these small GM LS engines are designed to SPIN!!!!!  Why choke them down to just off idle for cruising.  Why/how the "bean counters" have influenced the "engineering department" at GM is beyond me.   They took a solid platform of an engine and turned into a joke in OEM form!!!

      Atlas,   Then following your logic we can't believe any story that the MSM produces? I mean it's documented they heavily donate to Democrat candidates. Vote Democrat in high percentages. Many MSM talents are married to Democrat politicians, Gov. employees. That goes for on-air and off, personalities and reporters. So they would all be biased and nothing they produce is to be believed in your mind?   Again the article simply was about ways AI can be used for pricing products. Nothing discounted current situations as a factor.    Again keep looking through your left/right lenses. I don't live my life that way.   And as a heads up this thread will be cleaned up again as much of this is off topic and is receiving

Is that something akin to Pre-justice aka prejudice?    Look, I'm first in line to approach all information with caution just because we live in a world where people like to lie about someone or something with such a straight face and in such volume that it makes digging to the truth wearisome. Meaning I understand the skepticisms but if I were to toss out everything a person is for a view they hold then my pool of people to draw wisdom from would be non-existent and I'd be forced to reinvent the wheel daily. Not practical.    "Be innocent as a dove but as cautious as a serpent."    Test each word. Every good lie is part truth or no one would believe it. Find the truth in it and reject what isn't.    On this one, AI is being used to do what has been done by hand for hundreds of years already but at such speed, the point of a computer, that it is more easily monetized. This one wasn't that hard a lift.    I wrote a few formulas in a Lotus 123 program decades ago, a series of linked Macros actually, that allowed a daily inventory to be turned into a running P&L and production plan. Something that took three departments a week to assemble now took the time it takes to input the 'daily changes' in inventory. Later that was ungraded to the more powerful Excel program an and integrated with bar code scanning, inventory to supply was done once per shift. It had a huge impact on production scheduling, Seamless interruption flexibility, inventory error reduction, raw materials cost effective utilization and scrap reduction. Huge improvement in the bottom line. I spent months on that and AI could have done it in minutes. So yes, it not only can be used, they would be foolish to not try. The legality, ethics and morality are not the domain of AI. Humans need to keep a reign on it.
