Well I have been looking at sports sedans for a little while since I have an almost 2 year old and was looking for something a little easier to park and cruise around. The local dealer had a SS in the showroom, but the listing and pics looked red, so I stopped by just to take a look and see if the car seat fit behind me since I'm not much for red. Sure enough the car seat fit. When I saw the car in the showroom it was a burnt orange instead of red, beautiful color. Anyways, I got a great offer on the truck so I decided it was time for her to go. I even got to back it out of the showroom, pretty cool feeling to buy a car off the showroom floor. It's a 2015 SS auto with sunroof and spare, on to the pics...

Well.. I don't blame you. The SS is nice!

 

I love my truck, but I agree, since I have to drive mine all over the city there's some tight spots I'd rather NOT have a truck in.. but.. for the time being my plan is to pay it off and get a 2nd vehicle in the next half a decade or so heh.

 

The SS is the kind of car you might mistake for an impala.. until it blows your doors off. I spotted one on I-75 one day and couldn't keep up him. Finally we caught up to traffic and I figured out why that impala looked WAY better than I had remembered them looking. It was a black SS! :lol:

Always loved a sedan, my preference more touring than sport. This one looks more sport (tighter/smaller cabin, short wheelbase) than touring. I have four trucks and two cars (one sport, one sedan). My favorite, you guessed it. Tint the SS windows, color match the bowtie on the grill, then leave it alone; nice sedan H25.

Tint is happening Monday, bow ties are still up in the air, wanted to remove the rear but it has locator pins :-( Car and driver got a 4.5 0-60 and 12.9 1/4 at 111. 6.2 LS3, 6 speed auto, 3.27 gears, ~3900 lbs. It's pretty fun to drive and rides great with the Magnetic Ride Control.

needs black rims :)

 

Everyone and their brother has black rims today, go gun metal gray imo would work well with the burnt orange color.
