Interior trim pieces

Has anyone removed and painted, dipped, or wrapped any of the interior pieces mine are silver on my z71 they look ok but I'm wanting to do them in red?

My buddy mike1220 did his in white diamond. Looks really nice too. It'll set your interior apart from any other.

Now this one I might do to match the current wood - replace the metal dash trim to match the wood on the doors and console in my LTZ

anyone that has a black interior do theirs in carbon fiber type material? I have a summit white sierra SLT but the interior is black with that silver trim and then the goofy simulated wood grain on the doors....trying to figure out what looks better....

Haha, yeah, I had to finish the steering wheel with small scrap pieces left over. I couldn't get 'em to match.

The Z71 trim pcs aren't too bad. Much better than the fake wood on non-Z71 models. I'm OK with the Z71 trim that I have now.... if I had the fake wood grain stuff, I would HAVE to do something about that.....

Just as long as it's not a bright blue paint on the trim but the truck is white. Lol. Gotta keep it classy.

I REALLY like that CF, so are there any good videos out on YouTube (or maybe a build thread on this forum?) about how to remove the various plastic parts?  I looked and found a couple that didn't impress me, but could probably eventually find several that cover everything I'd like to remove and cover.
