I have a boosted 92 Chevy, it has a 383 dart roller heads MSD and a whipple. This set up has been in 10years and 40k miles. I have the 10lb pulley on it and have a controller on it for timing and boost. I have pillar gadges to monitor lean and richness with a big green go light. If your going to run boost and not moniter in real time you could go boom. The boosted truck before that was a ford with a vortex put a 100k on it before I traded. Never had a problem. I suspect you were running to much boost on a high compression engine without safeguards.

I can't see where it came from, or at least I don't know how to look. Just figured that it fit better into the Performance Engine Tuning section since adding a blower then grenading the engine would not be a factory recall or TSB. Its all good...

Bad tuning?

Speaking of supercharged.

I ran across an article the other day about SLP now offering several stages for the 14-16 Sierra / Silverados. :)

The cool part about SLP is already work with GM. And even better part is you can get 36/36 warranty with it. :D

What are the things I found most interesting on their side as for 400 and something bucks they are offering an SLP tuning package which of course includes a tuner and an SLP tune. Up until now we've been told if we put a tune on these trucks little void the warranty. Now SLP is offering a tuner which should keep the warranty for like $449.

Hmmmmmm..... Christmas present perhaps? Heheheheeee

And make sure you look at their other packages like they have one with a CAI and Catback AND a tuner with a custom tune which is actually sort of a deal all things considered.
