Sad day!! Wrecked my 2015 midnight

So this past Saturday I got rear ended and pushed into oncoming traffic where upon I was t-boned in my barely a year old midnight edition Silverado... Needless to say I was devastated and I'm now waiting to hear from the insurance adjuster to figure out if they are going to fix my truck or total it out! Please pray for me that I get my baby back!

Glad you're ok. The damage looks totally repairable and you should be back up and running in no time. I can understand your frustration, you have a really nice truck.

That will be fixed no problem! I blasted a 2500HD straight into a FERD econoline 150 VAN with no brake applied at all! Krinkled it up insanely and they repaired it? Really Comical to repair something with 15,000 dollars damage probably.....

Totally repairable, just got my truck back a month ago from my accident. A little more damage than that and it cost my insurance 22k

Hope that you are okay, and that your baby looks as good as new when repaired. Don't forget diminished value when factoring in the insurance amount. You know that a claim this big is going to show up on the record.

Be sure to look closely at your frame! Most frame damage cannot be properly repaired (to GM specs) on these trucks due to the high strength steel. A frame replacement in Texas results in a totaled truck. It happened to me and I got a new truck.

Good luck!

Man, that sucks. Hope your ok. I understand about the truck. I would be very upset too if my midnight edition took a hit like that.

Thank you everyone for the kind words! Yes I am fine, not even any soreness so that was good. Thank god both people that hit me had insurance but the person who t-boned me didn't have a license so that should be interesting for the insurance companies to figure out.

Make sure you're ok, then the truck. When I was rear ended a few years ago I went to see the Doctor the same day. You don't always feel the results of an injury immediately. With respect to your truck, don't be upset if it is totaled. It is acceptable to have some sheet-metal pieces replaced, but if the frame needs to be replaced, then you may be happier with a new truck!

Ya good thing you're fine and everybody else is also.

If they total your truck for some reasons end me those black 18s lol. I doubt they will total it though from the looks of it.
