Traded my '14 LTZ 5.3 in and ordered a '17 Z71 LTZ 6.2L/8speed. I loved my 14 but regretted not having the 6.2 so I ordered one with everything I wanted and took delivery on it last Thursday, Im absolutely happy I waited and ordered one instead of settling for one off the lot again. The new front end is sick and I love the 8speed, there are a few things that I feel were better quality on the 14 but my biggest problem right now is my 17 HAS THE CHEVY SHAKE!!!!!!!!!! :banghead:

the truck only has 300 miles on it , I ve read that it could be the driveshaft or TQ converted.. can anyone help?? I want to put exhaust on, my CAI off the old truck and plan to do shackles in the rear to drop it level but I wanna get the shake fixed so the dealer wont blame mods for the issue

Here are some pictures for fun

Could be the tires too, i had the shake with Goodyear eagles, dealer put on all new tires and its gone. Heard the sra's have the same issue.

Man, I'd kill for a moonroof.

Until it started leaking.

LOL, valid point.

You will probably like it more than the 14. I traded my 14 on a 2016 and was surprised how much more I liked it.

How about those front ranch struts? I know they are new but that doesn't always mean that they are good. Just throwing that out here.

Try new tires, wheels, driveshaft, torque converter, rear end, hubs, bearings, weights on your exhaust, new body mounts, add 400 pounds of sand in the bed, shim the right motor mount, play with pinion angle, add clamps to the leaf springs... Works 60% of the time, every time.

did it shake before you swapped the wheels from your old truck? Did you have the new tires mounted to your old wheels? The guy who balanced them could have done a bad job on them.

The wheels and tires were on it before the shake, I took delivery of it with 3 miles, It didn't start shaking until 225 miles. I doubt it's the exhaust or the tires, I know what the vibration from it switching to v4 feels like and it's definitely not that, the steering wheel, center console and pass seat shake noticeably without a doubt.. taking it in next week.
