Rusty Rocker Panels

I have a 2007 classic silverado extended cab in the dark ming metallic color. I bought the truck a few months ago and want to start working on the rusted rocker panels. What is the best thing to do to cover up the rust or replace it all toegether. How much are rocker panels to replace and how do you buy them.

Mine are rusted as well. I'm planning on buying new panels from Rock Auto, cutting the rotted ones out, and welding in the new ones. I'm probably going to have the new ones sprayed in rhino liner on the inside as well. In my opinion the best thing to do is get rid of all the rusted metal altogether.

Do you know how much they are from there? I've grinded mine down and sanded them already and put spray in bed liner on it but that is just a temporary fix. I would like to replace them all together in the long run, but I'm a broke college student.
