Could that be torque management?  I think there was a separate place for torque management spark ******, but my computer system is different and older than yours.  My eyes are shot but I will look at this tomorrow when they're rested.  I am not the expert that some of the guys over at the Performance Trucks forum are though, post this to that forum and see what they say if nobody comes around here with the right answer.

So I just purchased a 2015 2500hd 6.0 6l90 4x4 113,kkk miles and I’m experiencing this exact issue for the past 2 months I have been researching this exact issue and this is the only thread I have found thus far. 3000 rpm feels like hitting a wall and it doesn’t do it all of the time. Did you find a resolution to this issue. A lot have recommended black bear performance tune, I’ve heard that can help with drive ability.
