Does anyone have any idea from past experience when these typically become available? Where can they be found once they are?

I’m finding it harder and harder to come up with manuals online without going and buying the factory manual online from someplace like Helm.

I can say the HELM oem service manual just came out for the 2018 Silverado.

I think it will be a while for the 2019's

It took quite a while for the Helm manuals to become available when the K2 trucks first went into production.

I just signed up for a 1 day subscription to repairprocedures.com to grab a service bulletin related to an issue I'm seeing with my truck. And as a bonus, it looks like they have a pretty complete service manual there. It's not cheap, I paid $15 for the day, but there's a ton of content.

you might consider alldatadiy.com, it's more reasonably priced for longer term access to info about one or two vehicles.  your site seems to be more aimed at shops, where they need info on a wide variety of vehicles....

I realize this thread has just been woken back up, but there's also the ACDelco GMSi online service which is $20 for 3 days which may be worth trying: https://www.acdelco.com/gmsi-gm-service-information

Just found a cd on eBay claiming to be the factory service manual. We’ll see…
