I might have actually considered a rst 6.2 if it could be offered with cloth. For some reason i am thinking chevy will make you buy some expensive pkg to get the 6.2.

A crew cab, std bed, 4x4, red hot RST with the 6.2L and max trailering is EXACTLY what I have been waiting for.

Well, now I know what I will trading that damned Buick Regal the wife wasted money on...

Just have to wait until August. No sweat.

Its a shame but no.

Back in the day, Dodge had a RCSB SRT-10 Powered truck.

GM did have the somewhat lame "SS" Extended Cab Silverado with the 6.0

Buddy of mine had 1 of those 454 SS trucks. Think it had a 4:10 rear gear in it. Used smoke and light up the tires at every intersection. Nice and simple truck...

Love the 454 SS for what it was, but I also can’t ignore the fact that the current 5.3 and hell, even the 4.3 and 2.7 would easily outrun it. I guess that’s when you know we’re spoiled...
