Retrax Pro XR for Trail Boss

Anyone install a Retrax Pro XR cover on the new 2019 Silverado LT Trail Boss Crew Cab Short Bed? Curious how well it fits overall and with the tailgate. Also curious how well it installs. Any recommendations on where to buy from? Pictures would be great. Thanks in advance for any info.

I don't have a Trail Boss but i have the XR on my Sierra. With the same bed dimensions, maybe it will give you an idea. Install was fairly easy and i like how the tailgate can be operated independently without having to open the cover.

I just installed my retrax pro xr last night on my 2020 Trail Boss. 

As I was solo and did not have a second pair of hands, took a tip from another poster and used a couple 5gal buckets. Worked pretty well:

 

I also added a pocket cover on the read bed stake holder first. 

I'll put up a final later. 

 

Only issue I had was the drain tubes, they do not fit in the holes in the bed. I'm going to step them down with an adapter.

Looks great man. I used to live in Rockwall by Harry Myers park. 

Question for you, did the drain tubes fit the drain holes in your bed? Mine do not on the 2020 Trail Boss and I need to step them down.

Did any of you guys have issues with the rubber shims falling out of place? I installed mine twice but they keep sliding down regardless of how deep I push them in.
