5.3L 8 Speed Shudder (I know I searched)

I'm still having the same issue after 2 weeks and about 800 miles

I brought my truck in today for a list of reasons. One of them being the shudder. I didn’t even finish mentioning about the tsb and my service writer said the tsb off the top of his head. Ohh boy

2019 Sierra 1500 X31 crew cab here, and I have noticed a vibration transmitted thru the bottom of the seat in mine. 1000 miles on it, build date of May 2019. The steering wheel doesn't shake, so I'm assuming it's something from the transmission, drive shaft, rear end, or rear tires. I have a 2011 GMC Sierra 4wd Ext Cab that has 185k miles on it, and no shake whatsoever.

 

I saw the TSB posted earlier in this thread and saw that the cutoff was for trucks with a March 2019 date of manufacture. I wonder if the problem I'm having is the trans fluid, or something else...will investigate.

Here's the update from August - note the "Vehicles that are presented with TCC shudder should have the appropriate fluid exchange procedure completed. Diagnosis beyond the customer compliant is not required if vehicle was built prior to production dates indicated above. "

Yup i feel extremely confident that i know more about my truck than any service writer i have dealt with at any GM dealerships. It really is a position that GM should force these guys and girls to learn the product they sell and fix.

Harsh shifting 1-2 and 2-1, And random vibrations (like driving over speed bumps) 40-65mph. Can’t let the truck come to a complete stop without it jerking.

The harsh shifting has nothing what so ever to do with the fluid exchange being done for TCC shudder.

They refused to change mine. They said they don’t feel the shudder. I said it have an October build and I feel it everyday. Still got nothing
