Looks good, but damn, there's a lot of rake with this setup!  I'll be researching leveling kits for Trail Bosses now and the struts will have to come back off AND I'll have to pay for another alignment!

Nice! Looking good. What kind of measurement are you getting for the front and rear fenders to the ground? I was thinking about doing the GM kit, but letting them use a 1” rear block instead of the 2” (if they let me)...

Thanks!

Edit: Also wondering about the ride quality after the GM lift compared to the stock truck...

I installed same Lift on mine, wasn't to bad.  Hardest part was removing shocks from springs.  If I had to do it again, I would have rented strut compression tool from auto zone rather than using cheaper version compression tool.

Mine lift did settle some after a long drive.  Also per the directions, make sure and re-torque rear U bolts after 500 miles.

I can't tell any difference in ride quality at all.

I decided to just bite the bullet and go with the OEM lift.  I didn't want to jeopardize any warranty coverage and make it easy for the dealer to deny anything.

Thanks for the reply. Truck looks great . I test drove a trail boss before deciding on my 2020 Z71 RTS in the color I wanted. Figured I could lift it sometime  later. Factor truck sits just as hi as my 2009 Silverdo I traded in with Rancho Leveling struts in front , 3 inch blocks in back. I measured it in the lot the day I picked it up. On hold for now as 6600  dollar new furnace came out of now where. Got time . Still might go with the rough country leveling strut. Xsquid

Truck looks great, I'm also looking at getting a LTZ.  Has anyone found the part number for just shocks and struts yet?

I don't want to mess with my CVs for such a mild lift, I just want to install the front shock for the 2" lift, similar to adding 5100s to previous year models
