2005 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3 liter - Transmission Rebuild - NEED HELP!

Hey guys, I'm sure this has been discussed a few times over but am not proficient enough in these trucks to know what I need to get my truck back to work.

My current 4l60e is doing the normal stuff and am looking to completely rebuild it to handle the work. I have a 15 yard dump with trailer that I take back and forth to the landfill to service my RV Park's Trash.  I also use it for heavy construction material and gravel.

Can someone please point me to all the right parts or kit that I need to fully rebuild this transmission. I have also read of adding a transmission cooler to the mix. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I hope everyone out there is hanging in there safe and healthy!

Religion request, you might get all sorts of answers.

Cooler
Sun shell
Sprag
Planetary gear
Valve body and valve upgrades
Clutches
Band

Suggestion, get a second, dead unit, and do the rebuild with upgraded parts including new upgraded valve body.

Quick swap and you are back on the road in 1 day. You can then work on the backup in spare time ( assuming you have a place to store it)

...or if the current unit is failing, get a working used one from someone parting out a truck or a junkyard, swap it in and then rebuild your current one.
