Here we go again... Crude jumped 10% this morning just on the weekend's headlines. 🙄

Price here is $4.26 for 87. That will probably change today.

Seen 87 octane from $3.14 to $3.30 a gallon. So an easy 30 cent jump overnight.

Not sure what  91 or 93 was in town but saw that those crooks at kwik trip at several locations jumped that all the way to $4.59 a gallon, must be worth gold I guess.

Diesel was around $4.00 now.

Diesel at $4.49 at some stations and a few truck stops are already at $5.00 a gallon.

The ripoff station is just under $6 for ethanol-free 91. It's generally what I use in my gas cars.

The discount stations are minimum of $4.50 for 87. Diesel at $5.29.

I used to think gas stations raised and lowered prices with a load delivered. For the first time I can think of. They are all at 2.99$. With the exception of a few. Even the usual cheaper stations are 2.99

I misspoke. During a drive into town today, I saw there are several stations where diesel is over $6/gallon now, the highest at 6.19.

Six.

Dollars.

Per.

Gallon.

Going to be a Yuge spike is fuel prices tomorrow. Oil jumped 15% and wholesale gasoline jumped over 30 cents at the time of this post.

One station in town was still at $3.02 a gallon for 87. I got my truck out of the garage for the first time since early December and used my rewards points to pay $2.52 and filled it full.

Probably going to see close to $4.00 a gallon here soon and pushing $6.00 for Diesel in a few days if I had to guess.

Crude futures were trading over $120/barrel this weekend but are back down to ~103 at market open this morning. And it's predicted to keep rising.

Wouldn't be surprised if stations were updating their prices overnight to catch that high mark. Yesterday I saw more stations out and about with $6+ diesel.

Looks to be currently $87/barrel. WTI is $85, this is the one that effects my pricing the most.

Some places have gone to $3.19. Some went there and have had to drop back to $2.99. Even some at $2.89
