So I have been patiently waiting for someone at dealers in my area who have the 24 specs to align my truck. The wheel is off to the left and when level truck goes towards the right. Even the off road indicator shows my level wheel at 1deg to the right. Has anyone else ran into this yet?

Even if the specs aren't in the alignment machine, they are in GM Service Information so they can access the specs.  And they are the same specs as 2020-2023 so the machine has the specs, they just need to align it as a 2023.

Yes, my wheel also points slightly to the left when driving on level roads.  If I turn wheel to center, truck steers to right....just as you describe.

I took it in to dealer when it had approx. 300 miles (dealer closest to my home, but not where I purchased) and they said I needed to wait until truck had 500 miles on it, then bring it back in for alignment.

Just haven't gotten around to it.  One the guys (boss of service writers)said it was common on these new trucks and steering wheel may not be perfectly straight even after alignment.

We'll see after alignment...probably take it in next week.

Aligned mine myself. I got lucky though. Mine tracked straight. Wheel was just off center. Didn’t feel like waiting in the dealer.

“On these new trucks …”.  There’s nothing about these new trucks that would prevent getting the wheel centered. That’s just someone trying to cover for their being unwilling to spend the time to do the job right.

I went and had my normal lifelong, Lord help me when he retires guy align it and wheel is spot on! Alignment was on verge of being out of spec for everything so he got it back in middle to. $100 bucks but well worth it!

My 2021 had a pull to the right when I first got it. Rather than waste my time at the dealer (we have a history with them fudging alignment complaints) I took it to a reputable shop that does frame, suspension and alignment work on everything from small cars to class 8 trucks. It turned out the caster was off on the right side. The toe was good so they reset the caster and it was fine. I found out since then that the factory only checks toe on their roller rig and nothing else.

The first thing that needs to be done is swap the tires from side to side.

24’ 2500 and mine pulls to the right but I also have a wobble/vibration in the steering wheel when turning left at a moderate slow speed (10-15mph)

Take it in.

My 2023 gets an alignment every oil change due to the wheel being off center. Its like it is on a trip meter. At roughly 8000kms, its off to either the right at 1 o’clock or left at 11 o’clock. To and from work i have option A which is two different highways(one south, one east) or option B which is one east and then south. Doesnt matter which way i take there or back, same issue.
let go of the steering wheel and it tracks perfectly, no pull to the right or left, just the steering wheel off. No abnormal tire wear, or vibrations.
Does this regardless which tires are on(i have a set of winter tires on factory rims and my all terrains on factory rims). I even ditched the OEM Hankook MT2 tires that came on the truck stock. We have tried max tire pressure for the truck, bumped it down to 50psi, back up to 60 front 65 rear. Nothing helps. They do the alignment and its bang on for about 6-7000kms and by 8-9000kms its at 11 or 1. At 10,000kms, i take it in for oil change and alignment

I’ve noticed that with mine but concluded it’s related to the side slope of the road. If I’m on the right lane (road slopes right) I have to keep the steering wheel a little left. If I drive in the left passing lane (road slopes that direction) I have to keep the wheel a little to the right. When I’m on a road thats flatter the steering wheel will be dead on.

I do remember an older Silverado I had requiring similar correction but my car doesn’t do it. Maybe it’s related to size of the vehicle.

If thats your case, the tech running the alignment machine isnt doing it right.
When they perform a wheel alignment, they have to align the front end to compensate for the crown in the road. 2% slope is an average for watershed. If they didnt dial in the front end to compensate for this, your truck would have a heavy pull to the shoulder.
Either way, mine is clocked to the right at 1 o'clock in the right hand lane and about 2 o’clock in the left hand lane.
When you let go of the steering wheel, ideally the truck should have a very very slight/gentle pull to the shoulder in the event of an unresponsive driver, the ditch is the safest.
Everyone likes a straight driving truck, you usually have to ask for that, this one is straight like its on a set of train tracks, just the steering wheel off.
