I have finally got to wash my truck. It is 2 weeks old. 2012, 6.2, Z-71, LTZ. I am currently at 250 miles and getting 11.4 mpg. around town. The truck has been great. I have added a locking tailgate, an overhead counsle with homelink, gm bed liner, wheel house liners, and vortex max emblems. My next change will be the optima 34 r battery and then the rancho Quick lift loaded fronts and rs9000 rears with a ready lift 2.5 rear spacer.

Just curious why did you add the vortec max emblem? That is for the 6.0 L

Actually I like the looks of it. I really don't like all the silverado letters on the door. Doesn't really matter to me about the 6.0. I know what is under the hood. The red lettering looks nice on the black truck.

I always liked the badge... I wouldn't do it myself.. but I understand why you put it on

I got new shoes for my Truck, love the new look, these tires weigh 4lbs more per tire than originals but have way better traction. Not sure if they help or hurt on performance but I like the look.
