Federal emissions is better than CA emissions. I'd bet the fed setup has more hp/torque than the CA emission truck. At least this had been true for decades prior - who knows these days, but given a choice I'd rather have less useless emission control crap than more ...

 

I unfortunatley own the CA emission version, seeing that I (also unfortunately) live in MA ..
