I got my air dam back on after leaving work early last night. I lost a quarter tank driving to and back from work. Normally I use an 8th of a tank to and from work. Guess the high winds didn't like my truck without the air dam.

High winds...maybe, but the air dam being missing isn't going to cause that much of a change in gas mileage. I took the air dam off my previous '06 and ran without it for 6 years and it didn't change my fuel mileage from the first two years I owned it.

My battery was dead this morning. It was fine on Sunday and i didnt drive it yesterday. It just sat in the garage. The C350 didnt want to give enough juice to crank it over

I took off the airdam and bumper and replaced them with a hunkasteel. No change in mileage. And it's an aerodynamic nightmare.

changed ECT sensor. I really need to get my fuel sending unit (guess thats the problem) fixed so i can accurately see how much gas i have. It's annoying as hell to have the low fuel light come on every minute and the gauge bounce all over the place

Just ordered my steps about 5 minutes ago I ordered the amp research power steps cause I need steps or excuse me my wife needs steps but I don't want them hanging down so this is as close to a compromise as I can get and I might need them too when I do my lift next week.

I like the power steps from a convenience standpoint, but too much $ for me though and I don't like moving parts.

I'm designing a set, 2" tubes powdercoated about 8" wide, with a bedlined piece of steel between them. They won't stick out any wider than my mudflaps, I want them for rocker protection more than anything.

If you can find an L33. They tend to be hard to find.

I'd just be sure it's an L33 before you purchase. They were a rare model so I can only imagine the false advertising that could be going on.

Okay. Didn't think they were that rare though. I've had two trucks with them, and my brothers Sierra has one too.
