For whatever reason I thought you had gotten a new truck. I was wanting to know what junkyard you were finding K2XX's at.

Lol! Nope, no new truck here. Probably not one anywhere in my near future either unless I win the lottery.

Put the summer rims on tonight. But I've gotta do some trimming on the front bumper...

nice wheels.

I thought the front end was way out there... then I see it is the big 2500 front end.

I wonder if those years casually go to 50 years old. Hanging at the truck stop with the old guys. :)

It has a 4" spindle lift which pushes the front track width out about 2"...

Tis the season. I mounted and balanced my new Hankooks yesterday, but decided against throwing the wheels on the truck just yet. Being a lifelong resident of MA, I know that temps below 40° and large amounts of snow are very possible up until mid April. We've got fluke snow in May and June before though.

I took the '74 RD350 2-stroker to the auto parts store today. Saved the Blizzaks from burning up in the 76° warmth we had. Was friggin GREAT!!

Here we go with upload issues again. :banghead: Back to Photobucket I go ...

Pulled the dash vents out of the truck today so I could clean the 240k miles of dust off of them. The interior repair continues...

Do your best to clean as deep as possible with whatever you're using. I used a moist towel with a bit of bleach, and I think I also changed out the filters around the same time. As for the vents themselves I soaked them in water with dish soap and gave them a good cleaning.

I just cleaned the interior last weekend but it was standard stuff.

My goal for March is to replace the cracked windshield and maybe even tint the driver and passenger side windows (match the test of the oem tint).
