The other incident I was in my car, lady in a van didnt yield (you must yield to 2 lanes) while I was in the roundabout. She didnt get in front of me (couldnt be because of the 400+ HP lol) well at the light up ahead she needed to get in the turn lane. Well traffic was backed up and I couldnt move up so she couldnt get in the turn lane. When we finally moved she blasted her horn and threw her hands up. WTF was I supposed to do ram the guy in front of me. Dumb &$**&^#@&^#

Sounds like every single day I hit the roads around MA. Been that way since I was a kid. Seems to have spread around the country like a cancer ... :nonod:

That and distracted (texting) drivers. I am tired of it. Time for a train horn

Yea, I'll be glad in a few weeks when we move to our apartment. Only a block from school and her work. I can walk.

Back in the early 90's I had an S15 pickup with an air horn on the roof. Lanyard and all in the cab. I had alot of fun with that!! LOL!

Saw many people's eyes wide open with the fear of God in them, as they pulled out in front of me, and I yanked that lanyard down and hung on it. It would scare the ever living sh** out of people. Got their attention in a hurry though! People got right back into their lanes NOW with just a quick toot. :D

Lack of enforcement out there or as Obama would say "The crime rate has never been lower."

Gotta love how they play the numbers. Crime rate is low, because LEOs aren't allowed to do their jobs.

Just like the employment numbers. Those who were on unemployment for 99 weeks and just gave up looking aren't counted. :noway:

I sanded and put 3rd and 4th coats of paint on "the" rusty underhood crossmember. If I'm happy with it, it'll go back in tomorrow.

Drove mine to get dinner with the Fiancé, then started working on getting the dent out of the front of the hood.

They work less than you'd hope. I get fingers or nothing from 90% of the people I honk at. Only 10% do I see jump :( I do need to start honking more though.

As far as what I did with my truck. Not a dang thing it's still in the shop. Monday they called and said they think it might be the fuel pump. Tuesday they called and said they think one of the fuel lines is collapsed or something. I don't know, I thought it would be pretty simple zero diesel in the fuel filter could only be cause by 3 or 4 things right? Then again what do I know.

I put another coat on that crossmember this morning. I'm using Rustoleum high temp, which I'm sure is unnecessary, but I figured if I needed black paint again soon, it'd probably be high temp.

Dad bought some frame paint in a can from Summit, it's actually their brand. That stuff is nice! I can't believe how nice it sprays and lays down.

This is a body piece. It runs from the firewall to the fender on the passenger side. The very front end is under the expansion tank.

I'll be sure to check out the frame paint though.

Found out I have a bad ball joint. State inspection was due last month, so went ahead and ordered two upper control arms complete with ball joints and bushings. Moog quality, $75 a piece I'll have them by Friday. Gotta love Amazon Prime. Get it in next week for an inspection, body shop will take truck back the 15th to correct their mistakes and some other things I found wrong when I got it back from them after they worked on it after my accident
