Rear end bounce and vibration

I noticed while towing my TT that the rear end tends to bounce a lot when hitting small bumps. I'm guessing it's due to the suspension getting taxed? What would you suggest? Heavier springs, air bags, add-a-leaf? Also while on flat even road, "crusing" speed, there is a vibration that comes and goes. Under acceleration or deacceleration it goes away. Only does it when hauling the TT. Not sure what is causing it but you can basically feel it through the whole truck. Doesn't appear to be from one side or the other.

What year how many miles on the truck? Weight of tt?

Are you sitting firmly into the bottom helper springs?

Are you sure that the tongue has plenty of weight after loading? Mine is over 15% tongue weight, but anything over ~12% should be good.

If these are "yes", then look at the tires. Bounce around on the back of the truck w/ the trailer connected, and see where the motion is. Most of it is probably in the tires. If the tire allows higher pressure (mine are 44 psi max), then use it. If it's "oscillating" (up/down/up/down) after a dip, then I'd look at some HD shocks too.

How are your shocks? They could be getting tired. As for the vibration, where does it feel like it's coming from? Front, rear, under? When I'm hauling my trailer I get some odd noises and feelings but they are always from the rear and once the trailer is not hooked on they go away so I attribute them all to the trailer being there. I verified one time by loading up the truck with similar weight in the bed of the truck and didn't get any additional noises or feelings to my truck.

Truck is a 2001 1/2 ton Sierra Ext. cab with 107,000 miles. Yes, springs are firmly planted into the helper springs. Tires are maxed out at 44 psi. My guess would be the shocks are tired. May look into replacing those. As for vibration, it starts at back of truck and makes it way to the front of the truck and repeats. I am chalking that up to the trailer. It is not present with trailer unhooked.
