Afternoon everyone. I need help with towing a 5th wheel. I understand that the load should be even and that you want everything to be as level as possible. However, I'm working with a 7in lifted Sierra. I know about adjustable necks/hook up's, but thats not going to take care of the angle/slope the 5th wheel is going to sit at. (Assuming it even clears the bed/tailgate) Anyone have any experience or insight on how to go about this?

X2 I'd be returning the truck to stock or slightly above stock height (no more than a 2 inch lift).

Just another reason to leave trucks stock or slightly modified.

There is a right answer and a wrong answer.

Look how tall the trailer is, and make it another 7" taller. Think how high the center of gravity already is on the trailer and how much higher it will become.

Then imagine an evasive manuever.

For stability, lower is always better and anything else is a compromise to stability.

Another thing to think about is the height of the trailer. Most 5th wheels are between 13' 2" and 13' 6". Add another 7 inches and you're going to be hitting some bridges, overpasses and even canopies at fuel stations.
