Fog light Housing Removal

I have been thinking about ordering smoked housings or tinting the fog lights myself on my 2007.5 silverado. But can't figure out how to remove the housing. Any help on how to remove the housing or opinions on which approach I should take on the order/do it myself idea????

simple and dumb at the same time. they're held in by several round clips that have 4 lil tabs that stick out and keep it locked in place. what i do is take a deep socket i think its a 10mm or 11mm that fits around that round clip and pushes in all 4 tabs at once perfectly and then push out on the light. you might have to wiggle it around a lil bit. but once you get under there with a socket youll see what i mean
