Stabilitrac is a wheel speed sensor. Has nothing to do with the lift, it is the tires. Based on the stock tire size the computer thinks there is wheel spin. You need to program for the new tire size.

I had a 7.5rcx lift put on my new 2016 Sierra last weekend with 35's. Now my stabilitytrac and traction control lights turn on when making turns at slow speeds. The CPU must think my truck is about to flip over when turning now. Anyone with this issue before? I need help!

 

Here's another issue I've noticed also... Now I'm getting a bad vibrating at 65mph and up after the lift, was fine before. I'm really starting to regret this whole lift thing.

Hmm I put 35's on and haven't programmed it yet and have had zero issues. Do you think there's more to it than that??

None of this is happening with my 2014 lifted 6" in 35s. Take it back to the installer and have them sort it out. Did they do a proper alignment and wheel balancing after lift?

Just put on a 9" Mcgaughys lift and 37" tires and I have no issues what so ever.

I have the K1098 lift. Its in my garage. Hoping to install next week and trying to decide if I want to run the suggested 33" or try to squeeze some 35". For the 33" I am looking at toyo, nitto and coopers.. Love any feedback.

Hi everyone. I'm extremely new at the lift concept. Just curious why you settle with 33" tires if that's obtainable with a level kit? I don't mean any disrespect; however, if I can squeeze 33" in now. I'm thinking 35 or 37 depending on the lift.

I'm sure they can sort it out. Definitely don't pay them extra to fix what should have been done right the first time.

Don't let it get to you man, it's still an awesome truck, just need to sort some of the little things out.

 

Double check all the wheel sensor wires, make sure they are not disconnected or damaged from rubbing with the larger tires, these sensors are like $40 at the dealer. I had one replaced under warranty in my 2014 because it rubbed on my tire and gave me stabilitrak issues.

Before my 4" lift I had a level with toyo AT2 extremes 305/55r20 and really liked those tires a lot. They're quiet, aggressive and wear well when properly rotated

Appreciate the encouraging words, I really do.

I setup an appointment with the dealership for Tuesday so they can go over it with a fine tooth comb. Hopefully they will solve it once in for all.
