I have the RC 2.5 leveling lift kit, for some strange reason on stock tires/ 20 rims it's rubbing on the sway bar just the driver side tire. I love the look but I will be taking it off and going back to stock due to warranty and don't want any issues when taking it in. 6k miles also noticed it pulls to the right when braking, not a hard pull but my cousins 2016 Chevy truck with about 300miles does not pull to the right or at all when braking. I don't believe it's the lift kit but still taking it off.

Get your alignment done

It was already done after the lift kit.

Are your control arms stamped steel and positive you used the correct kit for those arms? What size tires?

Stamped steel, yes I got the correct kit and factory 275/ 55-20

I don't see how you are rubbing your sway bar on factory wheels and tires makes no sense, something is incorrect

I agree with you, I don't know as well but tomorrow I'll be taking it all off and back to factory and another alignment.

That's weird. Keep us posted...

I would have it rechecked. It seems like there is an obvious problem.

I agree but the rear end blocks is off now and tomorrow I'll be taking out the leveling lift kit on the front suspension. Just eye balling it I can tell theirs Postive camber on the passenger side/ camber was adjusted on that side definitely and I agree I need the alignment rechecked.

But that doesn't explain why it pulls right somewhat when I brake AND why is the driver side factory wheel/ tire rubbing on the sway bar...

Need some opinions. Do I shackle rear end or level front end? It's a 2wd so not exactly how I sure about leveling but interested in other peoples thoughts :)

On a 2WD I'd drop the rear to match the front, on a 4WD raise the front to match the rear. It's just a matter of personal preference, though.

Any suggest blocks for a 2" front level? I need at 2" increase for the rear
