That is quite a difference!! Didn't look bad before but surely a change for the better.

2.5 rc inch level kit 33 12.50 toyo at2 extremes no rubbing at all. First pic is obviously before much of anything was done to it.

I'm trying to figure out what size tore I should get next. I currently have 35's with a 4" suspension lift and 1.5" body lift. When I need new tires. I am going to replace the lift with the 2.5" leveling kit from RC. My rims are 0 offset but I have 1" spacers that I will take off and put on 1/4 spacers at the same time as the suspension swap.

After this happens. I will have 1" wheel spacers and the 4" lift for sale hopefully. If I get any interest. I might even consider selling my Bushwacker summit white fender flares too.

Here's mine. 2.5 kit with 275/70/18s

Summit Performance. Really simple, just a 1/2" thick billet alum machined spacer and Grade 8 bolts. Bolts that come with it are no longer than the factory bolts. Was able to install without touching the ball joints, all I had to do was put the front end on jackstands, loosen up the sway bar links (do both sides), took a little bit of prying up on the bottom of the shock. I put the bolts in from the bottom (just like the factory bolts) and reassembled with red Loctite on the threads as a safety measure. Have put a thousand miles on the truck since installed, still tight, no signs of movement. From what I could tell, every other level kit that uses a bottom spacer, with the exception of the Rough Country 2" kit, all are made of machined aluminum. 1" level kit only spaces the shock up 1/2", personally, this is limit of how far I'd want to shim up shock above the control arm. I think a 2" lift via a spacer will increase the sheer load on the bolts to a much higher level.

I took a similar approach. I bought the Zone 2" level blocks. They are a high density plastic, 1.125" thick. I did not want to raise the front 2", nor did I want to change the geometry of the A-arm assembly too much. I machined the blocks down to .850" on my router table. Ended up lifting the front 1.5", as measured from the bottom of the front air dam to the my garage floor. I still have a slight rake, which I wanted to keep for towing and hauling. My truck in a Denali with Mag ride, so I also had to shim up the sensor rod bracket. Pre/Post block measurements to the A-arm called for a 5/16" adjustment. A 1/4" X 1" piece of aluminum bar stock, and 3M double sided tape took up that much space between the A-arm and the bracket.

How hard is it to install a body lift? Does it look ok? Remember old body lift kits didn't look right to me because you could see under the bed all the way to the other side of the truck. What type of body lift and level kit did you go with?
