I guess both, more so tall just to fill in the wheel well as much as I can but don't want the wheel sticking out the size much past the stock.

Would 11.00/R20s be too big?

Stock size is 31.91x10.83 so 11" wide would barely change anything

I installed my 2" RC level kit yesterday, it took me and a helper about 1.5 hours.

I removed the wheels (and the lower strut bolts of course) and loosened the sway bar bolts only leaving about 2 threads holding it on. Those the only bolts I touched, I didn't loosen anything else. Managed to get the blocks in place by prying, tapping with a plastic hammer, and using a tapered punch to get all three holes lined up.

My front wheel well height was 36 1/2" before, and now it is 38 5/8". Front is now 1/8" lower than the rear, so it worked out well.

Getting some 33" tires put on later this week!

My truck measures 38 1/2" at the rear and right at 38" in the front after the RC 2" level. Pretty happy with it so far. Thought of putting a 2" block in the rear to give it a little rake back.

The rear is only 38 3/4" ? The rear on my Z71 before tires is 39 1/2". It is 40" now with the 33s.

Yep, I have a dual liner in the bed, and a low profile aluminum tool box, and inside the box is probably close to 100 pounds of tools/stuff. (And a full tank of gas when I measured! lol)

So there is some added weight that is probably dropping my rear end a bit. It does seem like every truck sits at a different height though.

Here's my install from today.. I went w/ the 1.5in leveling kit from McGaughy's.. Overall decent parts, but you'll need new bolts!! The factory nuts will NOT work and will only go on a few threads.. Luckily, I had extra bolts from years ago in the tool box that work prefect!

Its 39inches in the front and 40inches in the back. Really dig the new stance! Bigger tires are up next!

Looking for the ready lift kit that gives 2.5 in the front and like a 1-2 inch block in the back? Just to recover some rake.

Edit: found it if anyone else was interested part 66-3002 and 66-3085

(Anyone have pics with this setup(

With a 2" level and 265 60 20's (basically 33s), should I have the computer reset to compensate for tire size??

GM will not recal the computer for larger than stock. You will have to get a custom tune or god forbid a programmer to do that
